Jeff "Fuzzy" Smith-Director/Founder
My name is Jeff Smith (AKA Fuzzy). Born and raised in Baird, Texas, but spent most of my life in South Texas working in the welding industry. Moved back to Abilene in 2004, started attending Celebrate Recovery at Beltway Park Church in 2008. At this place time I began building a relationship with Jesus, surrendered my life to Him and He set me free from a 30 year drug/alcohol addiction. Since that time, I continue building a relationship with Jesus, trusting Him to guide my steps, and help me overcome the temptations of Satan and my flesh.
The biggest desire of my heart is to walk with men and women, away from the bondage of the enemy, and into the life that God intended for each of us to have.

Ladean Smith-Assistant Director
My name is Ladean Smith, wife of Jeff Smith (aka Fuzzy). I am a title examiner for Security Title Company where I have been employed for 22 years.
I began my recovery journey in 2008, when I began attending Celebrate Recovery because of my addiction to alcohol. After becoming free from alcohol, the Lord started healing me from the hurts that I had been medicating. Understanding that the Lord has a plan and a purpose for all of us has given me a passion to help others recover the life that Jesus died to make possible.

Chris Cummings-Funding/Media/Admin
Chris Cummings is a life long Abilene resident. He has been involved in many church related leadership positions since 1990. He was a deacon and served on the worship team at First Baptist Church, and later at The Mission for almost 15 years. In 2013, he attended his first KAIROS weekend inside the Robertson prison unit as part of the music team and his life was changed forever. Helping those incarcerated find the love of Jesus behind bars became his passion. Seeing the transformation God made in their lives was such a blessing. In addition to the KAIROS weekends, he also serves on the Steps music team, Bridges to Life instructor and leads the Christmas Blessing Bag project each year at the Robertson unit, passing out 3,000 sacks to the inmates.
He is married to his high school sweetheart Kim, and they have one son and two grandsons.
